The Dräger Alcotest 6810 med has been adapted to determine breath alcohol concentrations especially in medical applications. It may be used, for example, to diagnose vascular injuries (about others in the urology during transurethral resections of the prostate) after previous application of an ethanol containing rinsing solution. It is also used for testing patients for previous alcohol consumption at the emergency reception area or before methadone substitution

The Dräger Alcotest® 5000 is a Non-contact test device for e.g. police and workplace applications. It is based on the high efficient electrochemical Dräger sensor technology, which measures the presence of alcohol in the exhaled air in seconds. The test persons blow into the funnel on top of the device while keeping a short distance – so without contact to the device. The Dräger Alcotest 5000 is designed to test high number of persons in a very short time.

Standard sampling
