Breathing air cascade systems
The Cascade Storage Systems are built to meet the necessary air storage requirements in breathing gas applications. The storage systems increase the efficiency of the breathing air system while increasing the life expectancy of the compressor.
Our storage systems are versatile and can be used along with a compressor or a fill station. The storage systems can also be used with manual or automatic switchover devices or as a direct filling system if necessary.
Storage Banks are available in different configurations based on number cylinders and breathing air requirements, can be customized to meet the customer requirements.

Our portfolio of fixed gas detectors includes an extended range of toxic, flammable and oxygen monitors that interface seamlessly with our range of control systems and other components, even third-party devices. Our consultative approach means that we can help assess, define and implement complete and individualized fire and gas detection solutions for every workplace. When you have the right detection system in place, your workers stay safe and work continues smoothly.
Our system designs are based on customers specified and preferred PLC model with the option of either single or redundant system architecture for CPU and 1/0 modules, Communication Module and Power Supply, complete with operating station including graphic display pages.
The addition of East Wind’s own engineering designed Addressable Loop Driver, means we are also able to supply our own unique totally integrated system which in practice facilitates the control of the addressable devices.

Wireless fire and gas systems
East wind designs, supply, execute wireless gas detectors and wireless gas monitors which are designed for continues monitoring of toxic and combustible gases in the air. Due to their wireless nature, there is no complex system configuration that is needed. Once you assign a unique address to the wireless gas monitor or wireless gas detector, your job is done. The wireless gas detection system will collect all the necessary data information from the sensor including target gas type.
There are a wide range of benefits that wireless gas detection & monitoring devices provide, such as:
■ Reduced Installation cost- no more expensive cables and underground cable conduits.
■ No troubleshooting on the cables
■ No damage to the main controller in the event of lightning and storms
■ Easily add more sensors in the existing wireless network
■ No complicated system configurations.
The Drager DECOM provides maximum functionality with compact dimensions.
Even in its basic version, it ensures reliable compression and decompression, and allows medical treatment of divers. The main chamber has space to accommodate up to six people. Two versions of the Drager DECOM are available, with different external dimensions. Because all Drager stationary decompression chambers are split into an ante and a main chamber, medical personnel and equipment can easily be brought in and out without interrupting the therapy
process. When injured divers need to be transferred under pressure from mobile decompression chambers, the connection flange which is equipped as standard (and conforms to DIN/NATO standards) means that this can be done without delay.
Oxygen boosters & breathing air supply system
The stationary Dräger Oxygen Booster DOB 200 and Dräger Oxygen Booster DOB 300 allow oxygen at pressures of up to 300 bar to be efficiently decanted from storage cylinders into apparatus cylinders. Due to the vertical design, the compact oxygen filling station is small in design ensuring that it fits in everywhere. The station is equipped with a complete logistical fill panel, incl. valves and pressure gauges, it is easily ready for use at any time. Higher efficiency is ensured by the electric motor and the simultaneous filling of up to four apparatus cylinders with a low noise level.
With the car trailer Dräger MAV 5000 you bring your clean breathing gas exactly to the place where it is needed: everywhere, where you are working with hazardous materials and having no direct access to breathing gas. Here, even for long time the Dräger MAV 5000 provides you safely and continuously with breathing gas.
